Head of Global Marketing

TalentLink is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Global Marketing to join our client’s team in the luxury fragrance sector. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excels in managing a broad spectrum of marketing responsibilities.

Role Overview:
The Head of Global Marketing will be responsible for the full scope of the brand’s marketing initiatives. This includes devising and implementing a 360° global marketing strategy, adapting and executing marketing plans for different markets, managing brand identity, and collaborating with distributors and retailers worldwide. With no direct team to manage, this role requires an independent, self-motivated leader capable of driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° global marketing strategy tailored to the brand’s vision and market needs.
  • Adapt global strategies to align with regional and local market dynamics.

 

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling campaigns and messaging to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

 

Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to monitor and support sales performance through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Provide insights and marketing tools to distributors and retailers to maximize product sell-through.

 

Retail and Distributor Coordination:

  • Partner with international distributors and retailers to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute co-branded initiatives, in-store promotions, and visual merchandising strategies.

 

Online and Offline Marketing:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce campaigns, and content creation.
  • Coordinate offline marketing efforts such as print media, PR, and event activations.

 

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience

  • 8-10 years of marketing experience, ideally within luxury, fragrance, or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in managing 360° marketing strategies with measurable results.
  • Strong background in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated success in brand management and sales-driven marketing.
  • Experience working directly with distributors and retailers in international markets.
