Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects from conception to completion. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage automation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and timeline tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues and obstacles to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Conduct project reviews and post-mortems to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management within the automation industry, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical background and understanding of automation technologies, such as PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
