We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations within GCC. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and establishing relationships with potential clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the food industry, with 3-5 of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
