Renewable energy engineer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the e-commerce website, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate programs.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic patterns, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Product Management: Manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory levels, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by optimizing website navigation, product descriptions, images, and customer service.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving ROI targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our online store remains competitive and innovative.
 
 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and digital marketing software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences, with a commitment to delivering exceptional online experiences.
