Responsibilities:
- Scrum Leadership: Act as a servant leader for multiple Scrum teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, timelines, and high-quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate issues that may impact project delivery.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to Scrum teams on Agile practices, fostering a culture of accountability and self-organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance Agile processes, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project progress and team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 Years in Banking/Financial Services
- Prior experience in a UAE bank.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification.
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master in the banking/financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementing Agile in complex and regulated environments.
